Covid-19 Office Policy

An update for all our patients,

We are now open! We hope you are all doing well and looking forward to getting back as close to normal as we can at this time, with a few changes. We ask for your help keeping the office environment as safe as possible for not only yourself but also other patients and staff as well. Due to the recent Pandemic, we are following the recommendations of the American College of Surgeons and the Plastic Surgical Society. Thank you in advance for trying your best to follow our current office procedures.

We are all experiencing an adjustment to keeping everyone safe during COVID19. If you have a fever, cough, exposure to someone with COVID19 please do not come to the office. Although we realize that the services we provide are important to you, they are not urgent and can wait to protect the staff and other patients.

  • New Patients: Please complete the registration forms online “contact us” tab
    or our front office can email them to you.
    Please email completed forms to or bring with you
    If you have not completed forms, please arrive 15 min early to complete in your car prior to entering
  • Office Appts: Please try to be on time for your office appointment
    If you are running late, please call the office. If you are running too late, your appointment will be rescheduled.  There are no Walk-Ins permitted
  • Upon Arrival: Please call the office at 203-899-0000 and let our staff that you are in the parking lot. Do not come into the office without being called it is ok. We are trying to space patients to minimize risk to all. Upon arrival you will be questioned by staff for fever, cough, exposure, etc. Your temperature will be taken and you will be given a gown, Purel to clean your hands, then gloves. Please wear a mask to the office, you may be asked to change your mask. The waiting room is closed at this time and you will be brought to a patient room. No other person can accompany you without permission from the office. Minors of course, are to have one parent with them.

-If you are coming to the office for a procedure, we ask that you remove all makeup and wash your face carefully. Please gargle with Listerine. Please remember to stop all Aspirin, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Liquor, Fish Oil, Salmon for at least 5 days before the procedure.

-Virtual Consultations are available by appointment via the office. There will be a fee of $100 for the virtual consultation at the time of booking. This can be applied to a surgical procedure, injection, or Skin Care including sunblock.

We thank you again for arriving on time to be thoughtful to the patient following you and allows us time to clean between patients. We have reduced the number of appointments by 50% to allow for the safe spacing of patients. Please contact our office 24 hours in advance if you need to be rescheduled so another patient waiting can use this extended appointment time.
